Andy Arnold

Andy Arnold has spent his entire life providing service and solving problems. A collator of information,
conduit of protocols, and connector of people, organizations, and services Andy’s unique blend of practical
life experience and evidence-based best practices provides custom personalized insight into helping clients
achieve their aspirations.


A 1998 graduate of Beloit College (WI), Andy spent four years as a professional educator before transitioning
to Law Enforcement. Andy served in many capacities in his policing career to include Patrol Operations,
Tactical Operations, Investigations (Drug and Gang Unit/Federal Task Force), and Supervision.
Andy’s experiences with the Tactical Unit, coupled with his supervisory role, afforded him the opportunity to
pursue a Department of State World Wide Protective Services (WPS) assignment as a High-Threat
Diplomatic Security contractor at United States Embassy-Kabul.


After returning from Afghanistan, Andy continued his service through the Department of the Army Directorate
of Emergency Services until October of 2022.


In October of 2022 Andy was honored to serve as a full time Instructor for The "I Love U Guys Foundation”;
a non-profit school safety organization. In that capacity, Andy became a nationally known-public speaker
delivering over 250 in-person and livestream engagements in approximately 48 months.


In 2023, Andy founded The American Excellence Initiative with the purpose of providing service and
solutions for any individual, group, or organization seeking to achieve transformational change. Andy does
this through a myriad of avenues; he speaks, he coaches, he trains, and he assesses behavior.
Andy has been and continues to be a lifelong student and practitioner of leadership, effective
communication, and optimal performance. He is a John Maxwell Team certified coach, certified in Tiny
Habits behavioral modification by Stanford University’s Dr. BJ Fogg, and a proud member of the National
Speaker’s Association Las Vegas Chapter.


Andy’s decorated career in Law Enforcement resulted in multiple awards, unit citations, and commendations.
He has received serval honors in his Law Enforcement career and served as Northwestern University School
for Police Staff and Command Class #375’s Vice President and was the Kremle Leadership Award recipient.
In 2022, Andy received a Civilian Service Commendation Medal from the United States Department of the
Army for his actions in support of “Operation: Allies Welcome”.
Service remains the cornerstone of Andy’s life and he continues to donate time, money, and resources to
many causes; most recently in the field of veteran suicide prevention as an Ambassador for the non-profit
organization “Mission 22”.


Andy currently resides in and operates AEI full time from the fabulous Las Vegas Valley in Nevada, US.
